I'm Antonia Jackson, and I'm excited to be the new Director of HR for the Trust. My career in education spans 23 years, during which I've held various roles, in various settings, including that of  Headteacher.  A significant part of my work has involved supporting children with special educational needs, in particular those with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. I've had the privilege of leading and managing diverse staff teams, and I also serve as a teacher panellist for the Teacher Regulation Agency, where I help make decisions on cases of teacher misconduct.
